@Kevin_Ltd Are you using the most recent version of the FitBit App for IOS? If not, that may be what is causing the issue. (Perhaps update or delete/re-install app)

@Kevin_Ltd Steps not showing on your dashboard is typically indicative of a tracker not being paired to a Fitbit account. If the step tile is still missing, I'd recommend:
1. Restart your tracker.
2. Reboot your iOS device.
3. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.
4. Try using the replacement setup process one more time.
If the steps above are for some reason ineffective, I'd then recommend trying the replacement setup instructions on either a different mobile device or a computer, you'll still be able to sync with your iOS device afterwards.
