STEPS not showing on Dashboard iPhone

Hi
My Fitbit stopped syncing since this afternoon, after removing the device from app and reconnecting, now there is no STEPS on the dashboard nor is there an icon with the Fotbit to show if it's syncing or not. I have read forums here but have found that the edit button at the top does not give me the option to click a steps option.
It would be great if I could get some help.

@Kevin_Ltd  Are you using the most recent version of the FitBit App for IOS?  If not, that may be what is causing the issue.  (Perhaps update or delete/re-install app)

Hope that helps~

@Kevin_Ltd Re-pairing your tracker to your Fitbit account should get you back on track. Click here for instructions and then follow the replacement setup process.

Let me know if this helps and welcome to the Community!

Thanks @kmransom123. Tried that and it didn't work either. @DerrickS I've tried also the link you provided, but now it just gets stuck on the 'connecting to tracker' screen and doesn't actually connect. I haven't had this issue a before. Just wondering when and if it eventually syncs. It will update all the info. I have done in the past day I hope.

@Kevin_Ltd Steps not showing on your dashboard is typically indicative of a tracker not being paired to a Fitbit account. If the step tile is still missing, I'd recommend:

1. Restart your tracker.

2. Reboot your iOS device.

3. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.
4. Try using the replacement setup process one more time.

If the steps above are for some reason ineffective, I'd then recommend trying the replacement setup instructions on either a different mobile device or a computer, you'll still be able to sync with your iOS device afterwards.

Keep me posted!

@Derrickfitbit. Thanks for the suggestions. I do all the set up steps but get to the end where it says 'You're all Set!" And has finishing up loading down below but then it just stays stuck in that page.
