Screen went blank about a week and a half ago, still tracking in the app on my iPhone XR.
Tried a long restart and changing the clock face neither one worked.

Thank you for coming to the community with your question. I see your experiencing a blank display on your Fitbit Tracker. I also noted that you posted yesterday under the Charge 2 forum that you called Fitbit Customer Service. I wanted to check in with you to see if that is indeed the case and your issue is being handled currently or you still need assistance.
