Yesterday, I purchased an iPhone 11 to replace my iPhone 6s. Today, I can't enter my email or password in order to see data as I had with the 6s. HELP!

Welcome back to the Fitbit Community, @Alicerunning. I am sorry for the delayed response.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the difficulty you're experiencing with seeing your Fitbit stats on your new iPhone 11. I understand how you are feeling and I am here to help you. Please let me know if you receive any error message when trying to log into your Fitbit account after installing the Fitbit app on your new phone? I will be glad to investigate.

If you don't remember your Fitbit password, please follow the steps from this help article: How do I reset my Fitbit password?

Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.

Thanks for responding. I did get the FitBit synced with my new iPhone 11 by rebooting the phone.
But now the problem is the distance calculator/GPS function. It hasn't been connecting to GPS for a few days, so the distance isn't accurate. I walked 3.5 miles today and the FitBit  only calculated 2.3 miles.... based on the step count, I guess. Any suggestions?
Thanks,Alice
