Just got a Fitbit Sense 2 and does’nt receive any notification from my IPhone 16e such as sms, call, messenger, whatsapp.. I’ve try everything, like everything and it still not working as it suppose to.  Can’t talk to anybody from assistant…

Need help!

I'm sorry to hear that you aren't receiving notifications from your iPhone on your Sense 2. Thank you for the troubleshooting steps you've already tried.

Before contacting technical support, could you please confirm that you have followed the troubleshooting instructions in our help article: "Why are notifications delayed or missing"?
