Sense doesn't stay synced

My wife's Sense has to be synced quite frequently. Once she uninstalls app it syncs but there should be no reason to do that daily. Just like to have a solution, especially being new and the cost of the unit. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I found the instructions for rebooting my Fitbit (without wiping out the data). It works great now.

I have this issue as well even after performing the solutions stated above. A 300 dollar device should not have these issues and im tired of the "tech support" telling me to follow the steps to re-sync. Yes I know how to sync it, yes I've factory reset the watch and no it has fixed the fact that I have to re-sync my device multiple times a day.

This needs to be fixed permanently.
