Sense firmware update incomplete and will not resume

After being charged, my sense would display time but no data at all. I restarted several times with same result. So I decided to update the firmware. After the update had been running for 1 hour 15 mins, minimal progress had been made. I checked and found the Bluetooth was not connected from app to the sense. I tried to resume the update but could not connect the sense at all… 

Is there a way to complete the firmware update or to start fresh with the update??? How can I connect to the Sense?

Hi, @djatpitt! Aborted updates are always tough! Not sure if anyone else has a suggestion, but the only thing I can suggest is doing a hard reset.
