Sense lost Bluetooth pairing on iPhone 11

For the past 3 days every time I open the app I get a pop up telling me Lost Bluetooth Pairing and to forget sense and repair it when I reopen the app. I do this it works for max a couple of hours.

I have turned the phone on and off,

reset the sense,

taken the sense off completely and re added it to the phone,

deleted the app and reinstalled it.

Both the phone and the app are the latest software. 
The weird thing is I seem to randomly be getting notifications on the sense from my phone.

Any help would be appreciated.
