Sense not receiving text notifications

My fitbit sense is not receiving text message notifications. I am getting calls and all other relevant notifications just not text messages. I have an iPhone 11

I was in contact with a member of your team and we went through a number of steps to fix the problem, however we got disconnected and the steps taken have not worked. I still cannot receive text notifications.
