Today my Sense stopped syncing on my IPad. I tried restarting the tracker, turning on and off Bluetooth, turning on and off iPad, deleting and reinstalling app, then deleted sense and then tried to pair it back to the iPad . After numerous attempts it finally paired only to get dropped off minutes later. I can’t pair it at all. What has Fitbit done. I am having the same problem with my iphone. So now I have this tracker and no app that I can use and they have no customer service

it is the same with me, it stopped syncing 3 days ago after working fine since I bought it about 3 months ago. I have tried everything but nothing works. Furious.
