Sense not syncing

iPhone with latest update

Fitbit app updated yesterday with latest update 

Sense has latest update

 

The Sense keeps disconnecting from Bluetooth and doesn’t sync.

I’ve tried all steps recommended like disconnecting from Bluetooth, forget Sense, delete Fitbit app and reinstall it.

 

I removed other Bluetooth devices from IPhone even, to no avail!!!

 

At this point, my Sense is useless and a glorified watch!!!

This is my first Fitbit item, I guess it’ll be my last!!!

 

Shame, it had great potential!

I am having similar issues 

 

Similar issues 

iPhone software has been updated 

Fitbit App was updated but deleted and reinstalled 

Sense shows on most current software 128.4.17 

 

Will not sync

I have tried forgetting it in Bluetooth

Tried removing the Sense in the Fitbit App and setting up again and it will find the watch but not connect

 

Help!!!

Hi LiliyaFitbit!

 

Today I installed the latest IOS on my XR IPhone. Turned off my Sense, both back on and connected Sense and Sense controls to Bluetooth. It did not synced!!!! 

Yesterday it didn’t sync either! On 6/1/2021, it must’ve been a fluke, because that day it did sync.

 

This is extremely frustrating!!!!!!

 

Tomorrow if I’m not swamped at work, I will try to contact support!
