I am hoping someone can provide me with some help. I am trying to connect my Sense to my Iphone x version 14.3 and it won't connect to my bluetooth. Here is what I have done so far:
I have turned my watch on and off, as well as my phone and and forced the fitbit app to close.
I have removed the app and have reinstalled it.
I have made sure my phone is fully charged as well as the phone.
I have reset my network settings on my phone.
I have removed my old Versa 2 from my fitbit, prior to setup of my sense. Interesting enough it won't let me reconnect my Versa 2. Same issue, it won't connect to my bluetooth.
I returned exchanged the watch because I thought maybe there is an issue with the watch, same problem with the new one.
I have been working with the support centre and now they want me to send them the watch. Doesn't make sense to me to do this.
Any help would be appreciated.
