Hi @Pineman - welcome to the Community forum! Which iPhone do you have? And is this a new problem ... would it sync previously?  If yes, what, if anything, has changed?  I’m happy to try to help once you provide more information.

I have IOS 8,I think it was do to low power because its working now. Thanks for your concerns.    Pineman.
