Sense won't sync

I am at a complete loss. About 5 days ago, my sense would not sync with my iPhone. 
I have poured though the help and topics for assistance. I have done the following numerous times -

Restarted the Sense device

Turned off bluetooth

Disconnected all other Bluetooth devices

“forgot about this device” for the Sense

Made sure my phone had all necessary updates

Deleted the fitbit app and reinstalled

Turned both my iPhone and the Sense off and allowed to sit for 30 minutes 

Charged my Sense to 100%
Charged my iPhone at 100%

I even attempted to contact support and this was also unavailable. With deleting the app and reinstalling it, now the fitbit app will not even connect to the Sense. 

Sending an SOS for some kind of help.
