Hi could some please tell me how I change my goal setting on my iPhone I want to change the 10,000 steps.

A warm welcome to our new friend @Kat923! It's nice to have you here! Smiley WinkTo change the exercise goal on your iOS device please follow these steps:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Exercise tile. This is the tile that says “Track exercise” or if you already tracked an exercise, shows the exercise type and information.
  2. Tap the gear icon in the top right corner and tap your weekly exercise goal to change it.
