Hello @Hipster99 i assume that you are talking about loading the firmware. If I find that the update bar hasn't moved within 10 minutes - through the phone settings, I stop/kill the app.
Restart the app and restart the update.

Hi @Hipster99 - also if you can, try updating the firmware using WiFi rather than Bluetooth by connecting to a 2.4 gHz frequency WiFi signal and have your watch near to the WiFi and the phone, it works far quicker.
