Setting a food goal in the app

Where do I go on the IOS app to set a weight loss plan? On the computer dashboard, I can put in my goal weight and then choose from easy, medium, hard or very hard. This is for how much weight you can plan to lose per week, and will tell you a projected date to reach that goal. I can't find any such thing on the app. Anyone know where to set it? I can set a goal weight, but not a food intake plan.

I answered my own question. Not where I woulda thought. On the app, tap on your picture on the upper right corner. Go to Fitbit settings, Activity & Wellness, Nutrition & Weight, Food.  From there I can select help me set a goal, and there are the 4 options: Easier, Medium, Kinda Hard and Harder. These correspond to 0.5, 1, 1.5 and 2 pounds per week.
