Setting up my FitBit Blaze again

I've had the Fitbit Blaze for a while now but at the end of December I didn't charge it and left it at home during a family vacation.  Now that I want to use it again, I've tried resetting my phone, reloading the app, and disconnecting the blaze.  Nothing has worked in me trying to get my blaze to sync.  Its currently stuck on Friday December 16.  Everytime I try to set the device up on the app I will get to the 4 number code and then it will get stuck.

If you haven't tried yet, please restart your Blaze by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds. After that, plug in your tracker and make sure it's charging. 

 

Then, please go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if Blaze is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this device. Restart your phone and then try to set up the Blaze one more time:

 

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  2. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
