Setting up new Device

My last fitbit quit working about three weeks ago I bought a new one #4 ... when i went to set up account my fit bit app is open but I don’t have an account icon ... ??? How do I get into my account ???

Without knowing which of the 4 possible phones/computer your app is installed on. I will take a guess that you want to look at this thread in ios

 

I'll move your app question out of the charge 2 hardware.

Yes, there are quite a few threads about the "invisible" account icon. To remind you where it is:

Just pretend you see it and press where it "should" be, to the right of the Fitbit logo and above the Share icon.
