I just purchased my Fitbit last night and went to set it up, but the “I Agree” button is not working when asking about the policy and terms. I have restarted my iPhone 7 and redownloaded the Fitbit app, and still nothing. Is anyone else having difficulty moving forward with accepting terms and agreements?

@Plath4231 Thanks for participating in our Fitbit Community! Thank you also for reporting this issue and bringing this to our attention. Our team is already working on a fix for this issue which will be released soon.

 

In the meantime, you can go ahead and set up your Fitbit through a computer. Please follow the instructions that are listed in this help article.
