Setup wants more numbers than I have

Setting up HR Charge. It finds the tracker and everything goes fine until it asks me for the numbers shown on my display. There are only three numerals there but four spaces to fill and it won't go to next screen. I tried adding a 0 to each end but that just gets a 'your number doesn't match' message
