On my Charge 3 notifications, it says: "You must open and close this app to keep receiving notifications. An ios device can schedule up to 64 notifications. You can also tap on "Schedule more Notifications." Question - which "APP" do you open and close? And.. where do you go to Schedule more Notifications ?

Thanks for bringing this up. I'd like to take a closer look at the error message that you are getting.
Could you share a picture of the message? That way I can see exactly what it is and how to proceed.
Also, is this happening on the Charge 3 itself or are you getting the error message on the iOS device? What type of notifications have you set up for your Fitbit?
