Silent alarms not working

I've read the other threads on how to locate the alarm feature on iOS app... the problem is, my Versa 2 (and our Charge 4) do not have the silent alarm setting in the app where it is supposed to be.  We go to the user icon, then select the device, at that point there should be the silent alarm option.  But nada.  Where on earth can I go in the app to set the silent alarm?  (Yes, I know we can also do it directly on the device).  Thanks!

Sorry, but can set alarms only on device for Versa 2 and Charge 4.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
