My dad is registered severely sight impaired but he does like to go for walks with his guide dog and uses the exercise mode to track what he has done.  My dad uses an Apple iPhone 7 plus and need to use the visibility option on the phone, which now when he starts his exercise nothing happens except siri constantly says "visible places zero", can anyone help me with this problem

Hello @Gillett1949, I hope you're doing well, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community. Smiley Happy

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Is your dad using MobileRun when going out for a walk? Is he getting the "visible places zero" when tapping on the app? If so, is he getting the message when tapping on the MobileRun screen or any other screen?

Thanks for your patience and understanding, I'll be waiting for your reply, having as many details as possible will help me check this further.

Happy stepping!

As soon as my dad goes into the exercise tab on the fitbit mobile app it starts saying "places visible zero" he can still press start or any other option on that screen but constantly repeats the message, it doesn't stop at any time unless he exits the app

Thanks
