Accidentally disconnected my Fitbit to the app

Hi!! 

 

SO my Fitbit Versa wasn’t syncing - I thought if I disconnected It and readded it back that It worked just like Bluetooth - I didn’t realize It had to go through the whole setup again but now it recognizes It but won’t get passed the “connecting to tracker” screen....I’ve only had this thing for a week...can anyone help?

It might be the same problem that was causing the initial syncing issues.

 

Try restarting your versa:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
