Hello @Aura0270, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
Have you enable Skype on the list of App Notifications in the Fitbit app > Account > Ionic > Notifications?, If so, I would like to suggest you to go to your phone Settings > Notifications > Skype and check the following is enabled:
Please remember that in order for Skype to appear in the list of App Notifications you must receive a Notification first on your phone.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.

Hi, I am not receiving call/message notifications from Skype and Facetime although their notification settings are set exactly you had outlined in your response to Aura0270. Any other suggestions? I need them to work! I even checked with you before I bought Versa that they would work and now I can't get notified. Thanks, Mariam

Hello @MariamG, I hope you're doing well, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community.
I appreciate you have joined the conversation and let me know you have already tried the troubleshooting steps I've provided earlier. Please note that Skype and Facetime will be available under App Notifications by going to the Fitbit app and tapping on Account > Versa > Notifications > App Notifications. You will be able to enable them from the list of apps appearing here. Take in consideration that you will need to get a push Notification on your phone from those apps before they appear on the list.
In case you have already received a push Notification and the apps are not showing in the list of App Notifications, pull down the screen on this screen for the list to update.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let me know the outcome!
