Sleep Patterns reverted to the old graph.

I have the newest iPhone and just recently Fitbit did an upgrade of the way it shows your sleep pattern.  Mine did the new upgrade for about two days and has now switched back to the old program.  Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hello @TrishaR, it's a pleasure for me to welcome you to the Fitbit Community, it's great to see new faces around.

I'm glad you're excited about the new sleep tracking features. Our team wants to make sure that you have the best possible experience with these new features, and our engineers are hard at work putting on the finishing touches.

I understand you were able to see Sleep Stagesfor a brief time but have reverted lately, rest assured, Sleep Stages will be available soon on Charge 2, in the meantime, please keep an eye on this thread that will be updated once we have more information about this situation.

Thank you for your patience and understanding, if there's anything else I can do for you, please keep me posted. Smiley Wink

In the Fitbit app on my iPhone I have two different views in the sleep section, sleep pattern and sleep stages. I prefer the sleep stages view but I do not know how to change it. I am also unsure why it randomly decides which view to use. It just switches every other day. Can you help me with this ?

Hello @Blynnmclaughlin, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

Sleep Stages are automatically detected by your tracker, if you're not able to see it in some days, please take in consideration the following in-app error notifications that provide an explanation for why you aren't receiving Sleep Stages on any given night. This is meant to provide insight into what might be occurring to cause this. The error messages are the following:

  1. We need more than 3 hours of sleep to reliably calculate your sleep stages. Learn more
  2. Your tracker couldn't get a consistent heart rate reading while you slept. Learn more
  3. We couldn’t generate sleep stages for this sleep. Please try again tomorrow. Learn more

I hope this can be helpful, in case you're not able to see any of these messages in the sleep screen, please let me know so I can check this further.
