Sleep Schedule Setup - how do I access the "suggested schedule" screens?

Hello,

I’m trying to access the screen in the below linked image. It’s the guided setup / suggested setup / don't know what it's called setup for Sleep Schedules. I can setup and edit a schedule manually, but can’t for the life of me fathom how I get back to this screen. Any help would be much appreciated.

I have a Charge 3 and am using the iOS app latest version.

Many thanks,

Lee

@Lee_Somerset   If you delete the app then re-download it, you will get to that page.  It will be like starting from scratch.

Hello @Lee_Somerset and a warm welcome.  Fortunately, you don't need to get back to that screen.  Tap on your sleep tile, then the gear icon in the upper right.  You can set your sleep goals there.

Hi Laurie,

Thank you for your swift response and friendly welcome @LZeeW; it’s much appreciated.

It’s more a case of “unfortunately” than “fortunately” as I actually *want* to see that screen again. As I said, I’m able to manually amend my goals, but this does rather rely on me making up a schedule. I liked that the setup screen guided me with some informed suggestions based on sleep data my tracker logged while I was in the land of nod. 😊

So, my question remains, alas: how do I get the app to show me that screen again? (It would help if Fitbit gave the process an actual title!) I have removed all my sleep goals, schedule, and reminder settings and effectively cleared the manual input screen, but I still can’t return to that screen.

Thanks again,

Lee
