I am having issues with my steps. My steps and challenge steps are not matching there is a difference of 5k it’s stopped syncing the challenge what do I do?

Let me help you with the steps not showing on your Challenges. Have you manually logged any activities? Could you share a screenshot of your activities on your account? Manually logged activities or steps from third party apps won't count towards challenges. You can read how this feature works here.

I don’t have any other fitness apps so not that issue. Everybody is in the same time zone
