Sleep Score not longer available

I was pretty excited to find that Sleep Score had been added to the app. I was able to view my score broken down, my heart rate during sleep. It was really good.

Then I updated the app and it was taken away from me. Now I only see my score? If I want what I previously had it will cost me. How do I revert back to a previous version of the app where everything was free.

Hi @hillmanoholic. Welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for sharing your experience with the sleep score. Let me share that this feature is now available for any user that has a Fitbit premium subscription. I understand how helpful is this feature, and I'm sorry that it's not longer available for free. Currently there isn't an option to revert to the previous version, and if you'd like to give a try to Fitbit premium, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap the Discover tab > Guided Programs.
  2. Choose the guided program you want.
  3. Read the overview, and tap Get Started.
  4. Read the subscription details, then tap Start Your 7-Day Free Trial.
  5. Choose a 1-year or monthly subscription to enroll in after your free trial, and follow the instructions to enter your payment information.

If you have any other question, feel free to let me know.

no Question just a comment. At what point will Fitbit stop taking away functions and charging for them?

I did sign up for the premium and the previous version was 100% better. Think I’m may get a new watch. Just switch it back.
