app hangs during/after clean-up - have tried reinstall, still get the same issue

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, and the steps tried on your own. Just to confirm, do you mean that the Fitbit app crashes without letting you to open it? If that's correct, please give a try to the following steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app and any other app that is open on your phone as instructed here.
  2. Reboot your phone.
  3. Make sure you're using a stable WiFi connection or mobile data.
  4. Try opening the Fitbit app and check your details.

Fitbit kan beter zeggen dat de IOS app 3.18 niet synchroniseert. Alle tijd die je erin steekt zal niet helpen. Gewoon een bug die geen prioriteit heeft. Voor mij nooit meer Fitbit.

After installation of V3.18, my fitbit Versa 2 would not sync successfully with the IOS app.  Tried multiple times.  Cycled bluetooth on iPhone....rebooted phone...reinstalled Fitbit app...reset Fitbit.  It finally sync'd.  Not working properly.  This was the most difficult app update so far.
