Sleep Sync Issue

When I sync my charge HR with iPhone, everything syncs fine bar the sleep. My sleep syncs fine for last night but then puts that as my sleep for every night so if I slept from 12-8 last night it says I slept that every night. Each time I sync it replaces all the previous sleeps

Hey there @FoxyPinkChick! I hope you're doing great!

Hmm this is pretty weird let me help you out,  recommend doing the restart 2 or 3 times in a row and keep an eye on it, make sure to follow the instructions that @AlejandraFitbit shared.

Let me know how it goes!

I've done as you suggested but it's still the same. Is there always syncing issues? I seem to have run into a few since getting it in March.

@FoxyPinkChick I think that there might be a little bit of confusion, are you using the new iOS dashboard preview (the new dashboard with the square tiles)?

If so, the tiles below the daily stats tile at the top shows the most recent information, even if you are looking at stats for the previous day. You have to click the sleep tile to see your historical sleep data. Click here for more details.

Hope this helps!
