Sleep Times Being Recorded All Wrong

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Whenever my fitbit versa 2 tracks my sleep it tracks it at completely wrong times. For example, last night I slept from 11:30pm-9:30am and my fitbit says I slept from 7:32pm-5:32am. This has been happening for awhile and I haven’t been able to find any solutions. My time zone and country are all correct as well. Any ideas?

Hi @myuchasz. Welcome! It's great to see a new face around.

I'm glad that you have the Versa 2, thanks for your research as well for checking your settings prior posting. Let's work on this together! Since you mentioned that the incorrect time is displayed on your Fitbit, do you refer to your watch? Or do you mean the Fitbit app?  Have you verified if the correct information appears in your fitbit.com dashboard?

If the issue is with the Fitbit app, please make sure it's updated to the latest version. Also, try rebooting your phone and check your details one more time in the Fitbit app.

I'll be around, keep me posted.

Hi!

I meant the times are wrong in the app! it seems like it happens more when I have to input my own exercises because my fitbit didn’t track them. I just updated the app so I’m hoping this solves the problem!
