Sleep Tracking Time Zone is Wrong

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Since the app update, my sleep time has been 14 hours off. My scheduled time was 10:30pm-6:30am. Now the app says “your current sleep schedule is 12:30pm to 8:30pm.” The stats are also in Bangladeshi time. I am in Alaska and my watch shows local time. I haven’t changed time zones. The only thing that’s changed is the app update. I cannot find where the time zone setting is in the app or on my Fitbit.
Steps and activities are on the right time. Only sleep is 14 hours off.

Same/similar issue. When I look at my sleep timeline in the new app it is showing times 5 hours later (2:11 to 10:20am). This only started happening after the last software app update. I tried going to the time zone in settings (which was on automatic) and it was showing UCT. Turned off automatic and tried changing to AST (selecting from the drop down menu) but the timezone still reverts to UCT.  The time on my watch (and phone) is showing correctly.

Update- Yesterday my sleep tracking somehow changed to the correct time zone. Today it’s an entirely different time zone. First Fitbit thought I was in Bangladesh, then home in Alaska, and now it’s got me in Western Europe (not GMT). I have not done anything to make these changes. They just happen and I can’t figure out how to keep it in my own time zone.
