Sleep data history doesn't show up

Unlike plenty of others here (whose point of view I certainly understand) I'm reasonably fond of the Sleep Scores. That's not because I think there's any particular value in the number, but because the extra data that's supplied to justify the score can be useful in itself. That's particularly true with the heart rate data.

However, that additional data has just fallen off. Though the Today screen still shows Sleep Scores, the Sleep screen doesn't include the breakdown, or the additional data.

The really bizarre part of this is that it isn't just today's data which has disappeared, which would make sense if the data set wasn't good enough, or the server had problems with the calculations.

All of my previous results have also disappeared.

Have tried the normal solutions – restarting the Fitbit, turning Flight mode on and off on my phone – but nothing has helped.

Has anyone previously lost detailed sleep analysis and found a way to get it back again?

Alternatively, has something changed with the calculations?

Hi @ParkPark. It's great to see you here in the Forums!

Thanks for your comments about the sleep scores and the troubleshooting steps tried prior posting. I'm sorry that your detailed information isn't displayed in the Fitbit app. To help you out with this situation, let me know if this is affecting the rest of your data, such as steps, calories, distance, etc. In the meantime, I'd recommend the following steps:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Make sure the Fitbit app updated to the latest version.
  4. Reboot your phone.
  5. Log back in to your account.
  6. Sync your Fitbit device and check your details.

If the same keeps happening, take a screenshot of what is displayed in the Fitbit app and attach it in your reply so we can continue working on this together.

I'll be around, keep me posted.

I lost one day's detailed data and posted about it here. I know I saw the data one day and the next it was gone and a bit messed up. It was just one day that was gone. Someone has suggested it was a Fitbit outage related issue, but I'm not sure. I'm trying again today wearing a different tracker through the day than the one I wore to sleep with. We'll see if it recurs and is related to that.

@LizzyFitbit : I carried out the steps you posted. Still the sleep phases are not visible in the fitbit app.

Since wednesday I am using the Charge 3. Before that I was using the Flex 2.
So far the Charge 3 only showed the sleep phases from Thursday night. 😞
