Sleep not displaying correctly on the new dashboard

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

On the new dashboard, the sleep tile displays today's sleep time correctly. If I left arrow to a previous day, the sleep tile doesnt' change -- it will only display the current day's sleep. Other tiles such as steps display the correct number of steps for the day I'm viewing. Sleep is the only tile that isn't working correctly.

The actual sleep log is correct -- there are different times recorded for each day.

I changed trackers from a Flex to an Alta about two weeks ago.  I'm not sure when the problem started. I think it's app related but am not positive.

Does anyone else have this problem?

I don't have sleep OR steps being displayed anywhere. What did they do?

I am also having this issue. It's a real shame as the sleep tracker is the main feature I use the Fitbit for! Whilst going into the log displays fine, as I often have sleep so broken it come up as 2 entries, not easily being able to see the total from my dashboard for previous days is a real pain.

Yes, this problem started about 5 days ago, for me. No upgrade to iOS. Nothing I can think of that might have triggered it. I did hard quit, plus rebooted my iPhone. Did not help.

I am also having the same issue. Only the steps display corrrectly. When I go back to previous days the tiles only display the current day stats. You have to click on the tile to see previous days details. I dont want to have to do this

Same here. The sleep is tracking correctly if you switch back to the old dashboard - but I'm not happy taking steps backwards.
