Calories aren't added for manually log activities

When I had a Charge 2 I added yoga manually and the calories were added to my dashboard.  Charge 3 doesn't do that.  Also my steps are never accurate on my friends leaderboard

Hi @GinnyRo. It's nice to have you on board!

I'm sorry that your calories aren't added correctly, and let's work on this together. First of all, let me clarify that regardless of the Fitbit device that you have, you should be able to manually log any activity in the Fitbit app and enter its details. Regarding "Yoga", I was trying on my end and I got the options to enter start time, duration and calories. If this doesn't show up on your end, please try the following:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back in.
  5. Tap on the exercise tile and try manually logging your activity one more time.

About your other inquiry, do you mean that your steps recorded for the day aren't added to the friends leaderboard? Do you remember since when this started to happen? Please make sure the All-day sync is enabled in the Fitbit app, this way your Charge 3 can sync regularly and update your details.

Let me know how it goes.

Hello @GinnyRo

you should remove your phone number from your post. You can do that by going to the post with your phone number showing and tap the three little dots on the upper right side of the post box. Tap edit....delete your number then tap post. 😉
