No data is in the Sleep score, but it is in the Hours slept chart and the Sleep schedule, sleep stages did not register either though the time slept is in a shadow line bar. Sleep had not been recorded a few weeks ago and I was advised to loosen the wrist band, so is it too loose now? Is that the problem?

Have you tried logging out of the app and then back in?
