Sleep data is shown on incorrect day

Why does my daily sleep always show for the following day. Very annoying! If I go to sleep Monday, I have to look at Tuesday to see Monday’s sleep. This makes no sense. If I look to last week then Tuesday sleep is Monday. I’d pay to get this resolved. Can’t think of one reason for this? Please help!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? Which iOS mobile device are you using to check the Fitbit app? If you haven't already done so, please try the following steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the iOS version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.
  7. Try again.

It’s been like that from the start about 2 years now. I have iPhone X with latest iOS 13

Hi, I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled after reboot of iPhone, but it hasn’t worked.

 

not sure how to force quit? Or if that would make a difference
