The information banner at the top of the app (that allows you to thumb-up or thumb-down) is consistently inconsistent with the amount of sleep that my Fitbit records. It told me today that the most sleep I got was 3 hours and 40 mins this week when just this last night I got 7 hours and 45 mins. Anyone else have this problem?

I've never seen a thumbs up/down option. Maybe just an iOS thing. What does it do - let you vote on whether you like your sleep or not?
I realize now that was for an insight that I have turned off.

Same!! Came here to see if anyone else has this issue. Every time that notification banner shows up, it’s always off by 2-3 hours I think.

Mine says I got the most sleep today with 6 hours and 20 minutes when I got 9 hours and 7 minutes, and the least sleep being 4 hours and 40 minutes when I got 7 hours and 13 minutes

Hi @jnwlz and @smill0908. Welcome to the Community. @JohnnyRow Thanks for stopping by to help our members.
@jnwlz and @smill0908 Thanks for bringing this to our attention. This is odd as the sleep insights are generated based on the data synced on the Fitbit app. Because this isn't the case, may I know if the correct data synced before getting the insight? Or was that sleep data synced on the same day you got that insight? I'm asking this as it might be counting just the data synced on previous days, and not your recent logs.
In the meantime, let's try the following:
Hope this helps.

Hi Lizzy!
I believe I got the sleep banner yesterday evening, so long after I synced my sleep in the AM. It’s odd because it says my longest sleep in past 7 nights was Monday at 6 hours and 20 minutes, when I got 9 hours and 7 minutes and my shortest sleep was Sunday at 4 hours and 4 minutes, when I got 7 hours and 13 minutes. Which this also doesn’t even line up with the day that I got the shortest sleep which was Friday/Saturday night at 6 hours and 21 minutes. I don’t get this notification often but every time I have gotten it, it’s always been off in a similar manner. Sometimes I do notice that when I sync it will initially sync half my nights sleep and then I’ll close out the app and sync again and it will put the correct sleep time. But I don’t believe this happened yesterday morning or Sunday. I do have a screenshot if you would like to see.
thanks!!

Hi! I got the message again this morning and once again it does not line up with my actual data. I don’t have the option to attach an image on mobile and when I try on my laptop I’m getting an error message and can’t even reply. So not sure how to show you.
it says my longest sleep was Sunday at 8 hours and 8 minutes but the actual time was 9 hours and 28 minutes. I have an iPhone 11, iOS 15.3.1.
