I have had great luck with Fitbit up until now. I ordered a fit bit Alta HR that stopped sleep tracking. After offering to support me and trying to fix it, the Fitbit team recognized it was defective and replaced it. The replacement has never tracked my sleep, but when I contacted Fitbit with screenshots, this time they told me I didn’t I didn’t know how to use one. Fitbit support has obviously changed much for the worse.
