@Stevark1 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Probably the sleep tile is hidden from your dashboard. To get it back, tap "Edit" in the top-right corner of the app, scroll down to see the hidden tiles, and check the circle next to the tile you want to be shown. Then tap on "done" once finished. Feel free to check the article for more details.

Hope this helps. Let me know how it goes! Smiley Very Happy

Jeg har det samme problemet, men har ikke ett alternativ som heter ‘instillinger’ - verken i høyre eller venstre hjørne, oppe eller nede. Har prøvd å avinstallere FitBit og installere den igjen, utenat det hjelper Smiley Sad

At this time the Fitbit Community and Customer Support isn't staffed to provide service in Dutch. We'll be happy to assist you in English, Spanish, German, French, Korean, Mandarin, Italian or Japanese, I will appreciate if you could reply in one of those languages so I can help you further.

Hi,

I contacted you about my Fitbit. I can’t ‘read’ my sleep log at the
dashboard. I have tried to connect my Fitbit to my computer, but nothing
happen.
(As you can see on the picture, there is no ‘setting-button’..?)

Sincerely
Lisbeth Aune

Hello @MzAune, I hope you're having a great day, thanks for taking the time to reply. Smiley Happy

I appreciate you have come back and explain the situation for me; unfortunately, the picture you sent didn't come through. I will appreciate if you can reply with it once again. Please follow these instructions to upload pictures to your next reply.

Now, please keep in mind that in order to sync or set up a tracker using your computer you will need a USB dongle and to download the Fitbit Connect software. If you already have both, follow these instructions to set it up:

  1. Open the Fitbit Connect Software and then select "Setup a New Fitbit Device"
  2. Then, select Existing User, log in with your credentials and then click on Update Profile
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  4. If (or when) you're asked you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, I'll be waiting for your reply.
