My sleep isn’t syncing? The last 2 nights it hasn’t showed up. I deleted and reset up and still nothing! Any suggestions?

Hello @kathy614, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

Thanks for bringing this to my attention; which tracker are you currently using? Have you restarted it yet? Are you referring to Sleep Stages or just sleep records? In any case, if you have already restarted your tracker and your sleep or sleep stages are not recording correctly, please note that there are a few scenarios where you might see your sleep pattern (which shows your time asleep, restless, and awake) instead of sleep stages:

  • If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight.
  • If you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your device to bed). For more information on automatic sleep tracking, see How do I track my sleep?
  • If you slept for less than 3 hours.
  • If your device’s battery is critically low.

I hope this can be helpful, please check these recommendations and keep me posted in case you need anything else.

Hi, my charge 2 is only recording part of my sleep. It’s only been doing it for the past week. I wear my Fitbit in the right place and don’t enable the sleep now option. I’m not sure what else to try. Any ideas gratefully received. Thank you 😊
