Sleep not syncing periodically when syncing other data.

In the past couple of weeks, I'm finding that my previous night's sleep data isn't syncing along with my steps. It seems like it's trying to sync, but what I've found is that if I sign out of the iOs app, then log back in, suddenly my sleep data is displayed. Obviously I shouldn't have to log out/log in every morning to get my sleep data syncing along with my steps, and this never happened prior to a couple weeks ago. What is going on?

Hello @Reconn1970, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, at this moment I would like to ask you to go to the sleep section on the online Dashboard and check if your sleep graph is showing there. If it is, please force-close the app by double tapping the home button on your phone and then swiping up the app. Open it and check if the sleep data is showing up. Please note that it might also take a bit for the sleep information to show up in the app even if you have just synced.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else. Smiley Wink
