Sleep not uploading

I am missing two days of sleep in the last week
I did sleep (not well) and Fitbit charge was charged???
Any ideas why

Hello @Godlygraced, welcome aboard to our great Fitbit Community. This certainly is not good my friend. If this only happen once I recommend you manually log your sleep. It should be fine as long you were wearing your tracker.

 

Since you posted from an iOS and gonna give you the steps for the mobile app:

  1. Look for the "How did you sleep?" tile or where is the sleep logs on your Dashboard
  2. In the right corner you should see a "+" icon.
  3. Tap here and enter your sleep time.
  4. If you wear your tracker your sleep information should appear once you save.\
