I have been trying to improve my sleep regularly and part of this is analyzing my sleep stages in more detail. However no matter what i change i seem to always get simplified sleep details as my Fitbit tells me it couldn’t get a consistent heart rate reading. Any ideas?

Also, you'll need to take into considerations, there are several factors that can affect heart rate, including air temperature, stress level, alcohol or caffeine intake, immune response to illness, and medication use. These factors can cause your heart rate measurement to be insufficient.
