Thanks for bringing this to my attention, is this the first time you've experienced this situation? Which tracker are you currently using? How often are you syncing your tracker? Additionally, would it be possible for you to send me a screenshot of what you're able to see in the app, explaining me with as much as detail as possible where the issue is located? That will be very helpful for me to check this further and determine which troubleshoot steps should we take next.
