I’m trying to use the sleep relaxation and every one of them stop after only 5 minutes. I haven’t had even one play all the way through. I have an IPhone XR. Does anyone know how to fix that?

Apparently it’s a known bug but it’s not clear if this has been resolved. I would certainly participate and post in that thread to keep updated.

I understand you’re having difficulty listening to the sleep relaxation audios in their completion. I would suggest logging out of the Fitbit App, then force shut the app by swiping it upward. Next turn off your iOS device completely, wait 1-2 mins then turn your iOS device back on and sign back into your Fitbit App as you normally would with your email address and password. Try listening to the audio now and see if that resolves the issue.

Hi, good morning!
Thank you for the suggestion. I tried it, but it still didn't work. I even tried on my iPad (and logged off/shut down as you suggested) and after about 5 minutes or so, it stopped. I guess I just won't use that feature. It's a shame because it is very relaxing.

NO not having a feature work as it should in the Fitbit Premium is not fair to you, especially sine you find them relaxing. I tried recreating the issue again on my iPad but again I was without issue. I would suggest calling Fitbit Customer Service.
