Sleep score won’t display

I’ve only been wearing the Fitbit for 5 full days and for the first couple it gave me a sleep score. Why did it stop? I even tried wearing it on the other side of my wrist at night. Any suggestions on how to get a sleep score again that shows my sleeping zones (light, rem and deep)?

Hello @Rsbit and a warm welcome.  Your Fitbit needs to record sleep stages in order to give you a sleep score.  If your sleep record just shows sleep patterns, you will not get a score.  When you get sleep patters, you should get an explanation like shown in this Help article (scroll down).  There is also advice on wearing your Fitbit to sleep.  Do not start/stop your sleep in the app because you will always get sleep patterns if you do that.

What model Fitbit are you using?

Sense 2, Luxe, Aria 2 | iOS | Mac OS

Take a look at the Fitbit help site for further assistance and information.
