Argh! My fitbit updated today and I have suddenly got this absolutely useless sleep score imposed on me, instead of the very useful weekly average sleep which is what I bought the fitbit for! And there is apparently no way to choose to have average sleep displayed instead of a sleep score that just brands me a failure even when I meet my goal. Fitbit, what were you thinking??? Please fix this and give us the option to switch to displaying average sleep over this idiotic score. I have been using fitbits for years now but this is taking away one of the key features that I need and would be plenty enough to get me to switch to a different brand if I can't have it back.

I agree. Give us back the hours average, and NOT this "Sleep Score" which is NULL on my Charge 2, and was installed today, 9/03. My Charge 2 cannot provide a "Sleep Score", and this is NOT the way to induce me buying a newer model! Rather it alienates the Fitbit customer, where continuity is more important than new bells and whistles. DO NOT TAKE FEATURES AWAY, FITBIT!

I also agree that I don't like the new app format installed last week.

Agreed. I understand that the "Sleep Score" can be pretty intuitive.  But in my case, seeing the 'weekly average' hours slept is one of my top two reasons for even owning a fitbit.  I am on my 3rd fitbit (upgraded as time went on) and I really don't want to lose my main benefit.  It is extremely useful, especially for those of us that do shift work, to be able to see the weekly average... so if both the sleep score and the hours could be shown, that would be great.  Or at least an option in the settings for which one each user chooses to display. Please?  🙂

There’s a couple threads on this, and one the feature request board.

Best advice I saw was to rate the app in your platform’s store as these forums aren’t getting the needed response.

I’m turning off sleep tracking on my FitBit - these scores are not helpful for sleep feedback, and are harmful to achieving restful sleep.
