All of my sleep scores and information has simply disappeared.
I went to check my sleep score on my phone this morning, and as I waited for it to calculate I could see all the previous sleep scores and graphs. Once it updated my score for this morning, all of the previous scores simply disappeared. I didn’t update or delete anything myself.
The graphs that previously showed weeks and months of data now only have my sleep score for one day, today. I tried force quitting and restarting the app, but the data is still gone. How do I recover this information?
One of my primary goals with Fitbit is increasing quality sleep, so this is very disappointing.

I just realized the same thing! I went to check mine just a few minutes ago and all my sleep scores have disappeared. Which device do you have? Mine is the Versa 2. I am hoping this is a glitch or something and it will reload our scores soon.

I am the same - all of my previous data has disappeared for my sleep scores. Any update on this?

I have an Inspire Hr and I usually only check my data on the iPhone app. I don’t see any sleep scores on the desktop dashboard either, but I’m not familiar with that interface.

I just checked mine and exactly the same thing happened. So annoying because I’m trying to improve my sleep patterns too. And I find it a very useful tool.

This morning my scores were still showing for my Charge3, but it seems that after updating the app this afternoon they disappeared.

Did you do anything, like restart the app? Or did they just reappear on their own? I’m tempted to try reinstalling the app, but I’m afraid I’ll just mess it up more.

No! It just miraculously reappeared. Strange indeed.

Well, all my scores just reappeared just now, so I guess it was a glitch in Fitbit’s end.
Thanks for the feedback everyone. It was helpful to know it wasn’t just me!

Hi everyone. I'm glad to see you here in the forums and welcome to our new members.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention, as well for the steps tried on your own. This was odd but I'm glad that the sleep scores are now showing up on the Fitbit app. If you have time, let me invite you to visit our Health & Wellness board where you will find great tips and encouragement from other members. If there's anything else I can do for you, please keep me posted.

This morning I had no sleep info on my dashboard. After trying a few things with an agent I went to dashboard clicked on edit on top right hand side. When down to bottom of page and sleep had been removed. I clicked on plus sign by sleep and all my sleep info and data was restored back to dashboard.

Definitely a good thing to try if it ever happens again. Thank you 🙏🏽
